Frequently Asked Questions

Who is consigning for?

Consigning is perfect for a mom who is looking to give a second life to her children's gently worn boutique clothes and make back a portion of her investment from the clothes. It's also great for items that are new with tags that your child outgrew too quickly before wearing, or maybe you just overbought for that season.

Who is consigning NOT for?

This isn't the right fit for you if you are wanting to be paid immediately. Often times items are seasonal and will be sold during those season time and market demands. We specialize in high end boutique brands. We do not accept Target, Walmart, Old Navy, or "mall brand" clothing. We do not accept stained, soiled or damaged clothing. We do not accept accessories, shoes, toys, equipment, maternity items, etc. If these items are included, they are disposed of.

What clothing brands do you accept?

What condition does the clothing need to be in?

Gently used or new with tags condition. Clothing should be free from holes, stains, strong smells and heavy wash wear or pilling. We accept all seasons of clothing and sell based on seasonality and demand.

What is your consigner fee?

We keep 60% of what the clothing sells for, and you are paid 40%.

How many clothing pieces can I consign?

We accept two storage bins or tote bags at a time unless discussed prior to porch pick up or drop off. We accept a minimum of 10 clothing pieces to consign.

How much can I expect to make consigning my children's clothes?

Consigners can make hundreds of dollars off of one storage bin of clothes. It really depends on several factors such as the brands, quality and condition of the clothes. Generally, clothing is priced half the cost the item would sell for retail. For example, a Beaufort Bonnet Company dress retails for $68 and our price would be $34.

How do I get paid when items sell?

You are paid out on the first Friday each month through Zelle or Venmo.

What happens to items that don't sell?
